We had a genuinely positive experience at Inser. From the beginning, Natalia and Dr. Ospina guided us; helping us with the paperwork, understanding the process and all possible outcomes based on our specific circumstances, finding a hotel (Biohotel is excellent by the way!). Natalia is such a sweetheart, any and all of our requests for help were met with a big smile and swift responses. From guidance to groceries, restaurants or places to see in Usaquen. Dr. Ospina is also an angel, with a calm, professional and reassuring voice. He also guided us through the process from start to finish. We would also like to give huge hugs to Dr. Ivan, Dr Lina, Paula, Paola, Jennifer and our embryologist Paola (happy mountain). In the end we wish to thank God and our Inser family for our success thus far and through the grace of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ we pray that our next visit to Colombia 🇨🇴 would be to introduce our baby 🍼 to all of his/her Aunties and Uncles!! Muchisimas gracias por todo and we will never forget all that you have done. Thanks again for everything and We Love ❤️ You All!!! !Hasta pronto! Albert A

I met Dr. Juan Luis Giraldo in 2017, and his message about fertility changed my life. At 37, I thought I had forgotten to be a mom, but his charisma and guidance gave me peace. My first son, arrived naturally after his blessing and expert advice, without needing treatment. Years later, living abroad and facing two miscarriages while trying for my second baby, I didn’t hesitate to return to Colombia. I knew I wanted to be in the hands of Dr. Juan Luis and the INSER team. What followed was a long journey of several years, multiple attempts, and many visits. What makes INSER unique is their integrity; they never impose unnecessary treatments. Every person—from the receptionists and nurses to the embryology team—became unconditional support, even 'soul friends.' I also had the chance to be treated by Dr. Walter and Dr. Sergio, experiencing the same level of excellence. Dr. Juan Luis didn't just help me get pregnant; he cared for my mental health, detecting pregnancy depression and ensuring I had psychological support even from a distance. At INSER, they teach you to believe. If you are looking for a place where values, science, and human love meet, this is it. To Dr. Juan Luis and the entire INSER team: thank you from the bottom of my heart for your dedication, your hugs, and for helping us build our family. We are forever grateful

They are a ray of light for many families in the process of trying to conceive, and I know many testimonials from close friends who have succeeded thanks to Inser. Without a doubt, I always recommend them. Thanks for helping us in the process

My experience with the team at Inser in Medellín, led by Dr. Giraldo, was truly exceptional. Throughout a long and difficult infertility journey, the team at Inser never let me lose hope of one day becoming a mother. From the very beginning, everyone at the clinic was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The staff creates an environment where you feel supported and cared for at every step. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but the team’s kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. Dr. Giraldo was outstanding throughout the entire journey. He was always available to answer questions and offer reassurance during stressful and emotional moments. His expertise, patience, warmth, and genuine compassion made me feel that I was in the best possible hands. The clinic is located in a wonderful neighborhood of Medellín, and the facilities are very clean, organized, and professional. Everything about Inser reflects a high standard of care. Without Inser and their dedicated team, I would not have my beautiful daughter today. My time there was incredibly special, and I will always be grateful for the compassion and expertise they showed me. I can wholeheartedly recommend Inser to anyone navigating infertility and looking for a clinic that combines medical excellence with genuine human care.

My fertility journey was long and difficult, and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t be holding my little girl right now if it hadn’t been for Dr. Juan Luis Giraldo and the entire team at Inser Medellín. Their professional, kind, and deeply human approach made an incredibly hard process so much easier to navigate. They always presented me with every option at each step of the way — never pushy, yet always providing the thoughtful guidance we needed to make the decisions we were most comfortable with. From the doctors and nurses all the way to the billing department and even the coffee shop, everyone was so warm and caring. I am eternally grateful for their truly impeccable work.
