MediTour Facilitators LLC, doing business as MyMediTour (“MyMediTour,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a medical-travel facilitator. This Financial Transparency Policy explains how MyMediTour may be compensated and how treatment pricing presented through our services works.
This Policy should be read together with our Pricing Methodology, Payment, Deposit & Refund Terms, and Terms and Conditions.
MyMediTour may receive commissions or other contractual compensation from participating hospitals, clinics, physicians, or other healthcare providers when MyMediTour facilitates or coordinates a patient case.
The amount and structure of provider compensation may vary by provider and arrangement.
MyMediTour may also charge a patient a coordination, concierge, service, or other fee in certain cases. If a fee is payable by you to MyMediTour, the amount and purpose of that fee will be disclosed before you are asked to pay it.
Healthcare providers available through MyMediTour may have a contractual or commercial relationship with MyMediTour.
A financial relationship with MyMediTour does not constitute a guarantee or warranty regarding a provider, physician, treatment, safety, or medical outcome.

Healthcare providers establish their own medical fees.

Final treatment costs are determined by the healthcare provider and may change after medical evaluation, examination, diagnostic testing, or changes to the treatment plan.

MyMediTour does not guarantee that treatment obtained through MyMediTour will be the lowest-priced option available or that a particular level of savings will be achieved.
Any published price comparison or savings information is subject to the methodology, sources, dates, and limitations disclosed with that information or in our Pricing Methodology.
Payments may be made directly to a healthcare provider or, in certain cases, to MyMediTour.
The party receiving a payment, the purpose of the payment, and applicable payment terms should be identified before payment.
