Dr. Cortez and his team provide a truly world-class experience. It’s easy to see why he is considered one of the most trusted and renowned surgeons in Mexico. From virtual consultation, to meeting in person, he inspires confidence through his experience, professionalism, and honest guidance. He carefully balanced patients personal goals with his expert recommendations, never making me feel pressured at any point. His office is beautiful, with incredible views overlooking Mexico City, and the entire team is warm, thorough, and highly professional. The accommodations and recovery facility were top-notch, but what impressed me most was the level of aftercare and attention throughout the entire process. Dr. Cortez and his team genuinely help their patients look, feel, and be their best — the true meaning of “The Luxury of Being You.”

From my first consultation through post-operative care, Dr. José Cortés and his team were exceptional. The entire process was very professional, well organized and genuinely attentive. Dr. José Cortés has a wonderful bedside manner and always took the time to answer my questions clearly, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout. Most importantly, I was extremely happy with my results. I trusted Dr. José Cortés to choose what would suit me best and he did an excellent job. The outcome is very natural, modest and timeless, exactly what his office is known for. After this experience, I would absolutely consider undergoing other procedures with him in the future. Professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail are clearly a priority in this practice. Traveling for the surgery was completely worth it and the team made every effort to provide thorough aftercare. Even weeks after surgery, Dr. José Cortés continues to respond promptly and offer reassurance. I’m very grateful to the entire team for their care, kindness and professionalism throughout the whole experience.

Wow, I'm so impressed. In my research, I found that Dr. Cortes is likely the best plastic surgeon in Mexico City. After a video consult with him to discuss goals, I booked the procedure and my flight from the States! His kindness and communication, and hospitality truly, were incredible, far beyond what I expected. I made the trip solo, and he coordinated for me to stay the night at the clinic post-op to ensure I had good care. The later post-op care was incredible too; Arantxa, the physical therapist there, took incredible care of me, with near-daily lymphatic massages. It's only been a week; I'm so excited about the results so far though. Highly recommend!
