I cannot say enough good things about my experience. After spending 6 years wearing a denture, making the decision to get dental implants was a huge step for me, and I am so grateful that I chose this team. Best investment ever. From the very beginning, Luis was an incredible coordinator. He was always available to answer my questions, explain the process, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Traveling and undergoing a major dental procedure can be stressful, but Luis made the entire experience smooth and organized. His communication, professionalism, and genuine care for patients are truly outstanding. I also want to recognize the entire staff. Every person I interacted with was kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made me feel like more than just a patient. Everyone took the time to make sure I was comfortable and cared for throughout my treatment. A special thank you to Dr. Adolfo. He was absolutely amazing. His knowledge, confidence, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood each step of the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. His skill and dedication are truly remarkable. Today, I have a smile that I am proud of again. More importantly, I have confidence that I haven’t felt in years. This experience has been life-changing for me, and I am beyond grateful to Luis, Dr. Adolfo, and the entire team for making it possible. I’m only 21 years old, but Supreme Dental completely changed my life after ten years of severe enamel damage, chronic grinding, and constant tooth pain. Context: Years of chronic sleep grinding combined with severe GI issues wore down my enamel and left me with multiple cavities. In my short life, I’ve had upwards of 50-70 cavities filled all varying in size along with multiple hours in a dental chair with no end in sight. The last ten years I’ve dealt with extreme sensitivity anytime food, water, and even air touched my teeth and left me shuddering in pain. The last three years I’ve had to eat with plastic covering my teeth to get by as well as to correct my jaw/TMJ pain. The last five years I’ve been told in the US by every dentist I’ve visited that I’d need to get all my teeth crowned. After insurance, I was quoted roughly 40k to get a mouth restoration along with multiple visits months apart. The last five years have been spent filling endless cavities simply to avoid this bigger bill at my doctor’s recommendations. Throughout this I was close to just giving up on my teeth as every appointment I was reminded that it wouldn’t matter in the long run until I got my teeth crowned. In short, I spent hours treating symptoms instead of working towards a solution. I found Supreme through a close family friend who had undergone a mouth restoration. After doing a deep dive on Google reviews, and their podcast I visited in December for a consultation and decided to pursue their package to get 28 zirconium crowns. The Visit: I was very fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Adolfo Navarro and his Assistant Isabel this last week. The process is 4-5 days of prepping upper and lower teeth, scans, cementing, adjustment. As someone who has extreme teeth sensitivity, burns through lidocaine, and can get a racing heart rate if it’s injected too quickly, Dr. Adolfo did a phenomenal job managing this and my pain levels. In the US I’d had a few crowns (7 total) placed but had to be sedated fully since my doctors couldn’t manage my pain level. Compared to this, my US experience was much more taxing and disorienting post-op. (I had these old crowns replaced to match my new set and allow for a brighter smile!) I admit it was amusing to watch their Instagram and catch clips of Dr. Adolfo as he planned my case after I left for the day. They also took the extra time to make sure my bite was well set to help with my TMJ symptoms. Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Not just in terms of results, but in the care from the whole staff. (They’ve also got a great videographer there named George, he’s very friendly and fun to be around if you do run into him!) Price wise, including travel expenses, food, and lodging it came to be under 1/4th of the cost of the US restoration quote. The Now: Tonight is the first night in 10 years I’ve gotten to enjoy a piece of pizza and a drink without wincing in pain or wearing plastic. The fact that I am simply out of pain is mind boggling to me, and as I write this still leaves me in tears of relief. I also can finally look at myself in the mirror and smile in pictures again rather than hiding my teeth! I couldn’t be happier. What’s next: Learning how to smile with my teeth again and being happy to do so! :D Thank you all for bringing back the joy and smile! (Now at my word limit sadly, much more to say and google won't let me!) ----- Waiting Room Concerns: While it’s true the office can face some time delays with appointments, it’s because the doctors refuse to rush patients in their care or leave them unfinished work. The front office staff is very kind so please be respectful and patient. For those with concerns on wait times I pose a simple question: Would you rather have a doctor that rushes your operation to get to the next patient or refuses to let you leave without receiving the best care possible? So grab a smoothie, and a book and enjoy the break. It's more than worth the wait.
