Overall, choosing Elite Plastic Surgery was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve had Deep Plan Face Neck Lift , Forehead Lifting and Midcheek Lift (they call it SMILE lifting) and upper and unger Eye surgery. I’ve been to many hospitals and clinics for consultations before, but Dr. Lee’s explanation was by far the most clear, detailed, and easy to understand. I had a lot of questions, and every single staff member took their time to explain everything patiently without rushing me. That alone already gave me so much trust and peace of mind. Another huge plus is the location. The hotel was literally a 3-minute walk from the clinic, which was super convenient, especially during recovery. The area is also amazing, tons of restaurants, cafes, and dept stores nearby, so it was perfect for shopping and just walking around when I felt better. What really stood out for me was the aftercare. It was very customized to my condition. I had quite a bit of swelling and bruising, and they didn’t just give generic care. They tailored everything specifically for me. I received bruise laser treatment, de-swelling therapy, LED light treatment, and the real MVP was oxygen therapy. That one helped so much with recovery and overall comfort. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. I truly felt taken care of, not just medically, but emotionally too, which was the most important of all since the recovery process is a total mental game. From consultation to recovery, everything felt smooth, organized, and genuinely caring. I am a 51-year-old hairstylist currently living in to the United States about a year ago, and before coming here, I had a facelift, Smile Lifting, and upper eyelid surgery at Elite Plastic Surgery. It has now been one year since my procedures. Starting around the three-month mark, the results began to look very natural, and I have been extremely satisfied. I had been meaning to write a review for a long time, but I am finally posting it now. Dr. Young Jin Lee was very kind, I am a 51-year-old hairstylist currently living in California. I moved to the United States about a year ago, and before coming here, I had a facelift, Smile Lifting, and upper eyelid surgery at Elite Plastic Surgery. It has now been one year since my procedures. Starting around the three-month mark, the results began to look very natural, and I have been extremely satisfied. I had been meaning to write a review for a long time, but I am finally posting it now. Dr. Young Jin Lee was very kind, and I truly believe he is an excellent surgeon. After about three months, people around me kept asking why I looked so much younger and prettier, even though they could not tell that I had undergone surgery. Hearing those compliments made me feel so happy. After raising three children, I rarely had time to take care of myself. As a hairstylist, I started looking at my own face and wondering whether I even looked like someone who worked in the beauty industry. I consulted with several clinics before choosing Elite Plastic Surgery, and I am so glad I made that decision. It was definitely the right choice for me. What surprised me even more was that I was able to return to my normal daily routine without any problems just two weeks after surgery. My eyes look bigger, my face looks smaller, and the wrinkles on my neck have been smoothed out as if they had been ironed away, yet my facial expressions still look completely natural. The pain was much less than I expected, and after about four or five days, I was already able to go grocery shopping. People often think I am in my late 30s now, and it is amazing to see how differently they treat me. I am truly so happy with my results. Great service, top prices, and the entire staff is very kind and well-organized. The doctor spoke English and didn't recommend anything unnecessary. I decided to go with Ultherapy Prime and Eye Thermage FLX. I am also considering under-eye surgery and philtrum reduction surgery here in the future, as I've heard that the chief surgeon, Dr. Lee, is well known internationally.

I travelled to Incheon with my sister in early January for facial surgery at Elite Plastic Surgery, and I’m very glad we chose this clinic. Dr Lee and his team were professional, caring, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. As non-Korean speakers, we felt well supported by the translators and account managers (special thanks to Lily, Nathalya and Christine), who truly went above and beyond—even accompanying us to the clinic frequently during recovery. The clinic is well equipped with advanced facilities that helped speed up healing. What really stood out was the excellent aftercare. Even after we returned home, the team stayed in touch, patiently answering our questions and checking on our recovery. Very happy with both the service and results. Highly recommended.

My mom just had a facelift with Dr. Lee Young Jin. I first found Dr. Lee on Instagram and immediately fell in love with his work! The consultation was great, it was one of the clearest explanations I’ve ever heard. One of the reasons we chose him is because he has 20 years of experience in lifting, and he only performs natural facelifts and do not exaggerate the results, which was the most important for us The surgery itself was very fast as well. He completed the full facelift in 3 hours, while other clinics said it would take 4–5 hours for a full facelift. Thankfully, the recovery was very quick too. Only the first few hours were difficult because of the anesthesia. But the next day, my mom was able to walk right away without any problems. The aftercare service was also amazing. They washed her hair the day after the surgery, and the LED therapy was great. After the stitches were removed, my mom received the mandatory hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which really helped reduce the swelling. They also gave us extra medication for emergencies, which was very reassuring as foreigners coming to Korea, knowing that even when we return to our home country, there will be nothing to worry about 🙂 Highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a specialist in face lifting!
